As a non-profit organization, Twins Plus relies heavily on volunteers. It may seem amazing, but many mothers with multiples have somehow found the time to organize many events, playgroups, garage sales etc. But you know what they say, give a busy woman a job…

COMMITTEE MEMBERS

	NICOLE WiTTKOPF TPS member since 2005. 10 year old daugher Jenna 6 year old twins Lennart and Leslie. In Singapore since 2001. Annual Garage Sale committee member / volunteer coordinator Spring Garage Sale coordinator. Newsletter Editor. Aqua Fitness instructor since 2008. Twins Plus is a great way to get to know other multiple parents, e.g. through our monthly gatherings. As my twins are a bit older now, I mostly enjoy selling and buying at our Garage Sales and working together with our small team of twin mums to help organize it.
	KIRSTEN ACKLAND A TPS member since the birth of triplets Rory, Jasper and Hywell in 2010 – little brothers to Dylan born in 2007. We call Singapore home, having lived here for almost a decade. Aside from being a mum, I also run my own advertising business: The Local. As a creative by trade, I was able to give back and contribute to TPS with the design and development of a new TPS logo and website. I have made some great friends through TPS – as we share a common bond.
	ANGELIKA SI HOE We joined TPS in 1999. Our identical twin girls are now 12 years old. I am still helping out with TPS because I remember how important it was to get information and ideas from other parents with multiples. I enjoy helping out with the garage sale, and every year my twins help me to sort their clothes and toys to sell at the sale. My twins and older daughter enjoy coming along to the sale to help out.
	PRIYANKA KAPOOR My husband Rishi and I, have been in Singapore since 2007 and we absolutely love it here! Our Identical Twin Girls – Aanya & Ayana were born March 2010, and, Elektra our Black Labrador in Oct 2007 – together, they make a super interesting (and delightfully noisy) Trio! My husband travels frequently and all thanks to TPS, I’m happily meeting new moms and discovering new places and things everyday! I’m the ‘Playgroup Coordinator’ for TPS. If you’re craving for some adult conversation or would like to share tips or best practices from other mothers, or even just socialize your little ones with other kids their age, just email me at priyankakapoor1@gmail.com and we’ll make it happen! You’ll be amazed at how beneficial our informal, free and welcoming playgroups can be for your stress levels .
	ADELINE KHENG MERCIER After six years in Bangkok and working for a travel website, we moved back home to Singapore when the boys came along in 2005. I am now a stay-at-home-mom and have been a member of Twins Plus since 2006. I’ve come to know lots of moms from diverse backgrounds and joined the garage sale committee as overall coordinator working with a dedicated team to plan, organize, and volunteer at the garage sale.
	Nori Chakshuvej We’ve lived in SG for the past 5 years and joined TPS since 2008, a few months before giving birth to my twin boys Tai & Logan. Previously worked in IT consulting and now a full-time mum. TPS has been a fantastic way to meet other mums and find it an invaluable source of advice and support especially in the first few years. I’m currently the Treasurer and have been helping out with the garage sale as well as the revamp our TPS website. I also coordinate the 2009 TPS playgroup and am the organizer for the East Coast Baby & Toddler Meetup Group. It seems that I will be a member for some time as I am expecting twins again in February 2012.
	Kelly Bassett I joined TPS when I was pregnant with identical twin boys Ilian and Remi in 2007. Meeting other parents of twins and getting lots of advice from them before and after the birth was a real lifesaver! The twins joined older brother Enzo who was born in 2003, and it’s been a real adventure for everyone! By day I am a real estate agent, but I enjoy working with the TPS group – especially helping to organize the annual Garage Sale. The people we have met at TPS have been wonderful – we have a real bond and always are able to share lots of valuable information particular to ‘multiples’ families!
	Vivian Ng Vivian and her husband Leonard Lim are parents of Lucas (11), Chloe (9), and Thomas and Matthew (5). Their identical twin boys were born in Georgia, USA, when Leonard was posted there for work. Vivian would have found it a struggle to manage four young children abroad without any help from relatives, if not for the amazing support from their local friends and community. This is the main reason for them to join Twins Plus the moment they heard there was an organization for the multiple birth families in Singapore. Vivian has joined Twins Plus since 2007. Since then, she has transformed from just a quiet member to an active committee member. Her area of expertise and support in TwinsPlus Garage Sale is in graphics work and printings.
	Sylvia Haughey Sylvia is a “newbie” in the Twins Plus Committee. She joined in 2010 and is our venue manager for the Annual Garage Sale at Horsecity. She is married to Michael Haughey, who is originally from Ireland. They have beautiful twin boys, Joshua and Michael, 2 years old. Other than Singapore, Sylvia has lived in Hong Kong and London. Prior to being a business owner (she owns beauty salon and spa “Sylvia’s Secrets”), she was a flight attendant with United Airlines for 15 years.
