We are often asked about physicians experienced with multiples, so we took the opportunity of a questionnaire sent to all members in May 2004 to know which gynaecologists and paediatricians they recommend. We have since added some information about gynaes who are experienced in multiple natural births.

Post-Partum Support

Welcoming newborns, not least when there are 2 or more arriving at the same time, has its lot of challenges - the 2-hours feeds, trying to establish proper lactation for breastfeeding moms, lack of support, drop in hormon levels, etc- that is,when you don't already have to spend your days going back and forth to the NICU!

These are 2 supports we have been recommended in Singapore.
1- The Mother & Child Centre (Tanglin Mall Tel 6836 0063) is hosting a Support Group led by Jillian Bromley. They are meeting every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 2 to 4PM.
